KahurQuiz For teachers
A quiz for class and homework
Turn a textbook passage or your own material into questions with AI, play them with the class or set them as homework. The report shows what was understood and what was not.
- Students join with a link, a code or a QR code, no account or e-mail needed
- Up to 50 students in one game, up to 119 in homework
- No ads in games or homework
How it works in class
- 1 Make questions from your material Give your AI a textbook passage or your notes. You get 10 questions with explanations and check them first.
- 2 Play with the class Open the game on the projector. Students join on their phones with the link, the code or the QR code and answer.
- 3 Or set it as homework Choose a deadline and share one link, QR code or code with the class. Everyone answers at their own pace, without a time limit if you like.
- 4 See the report By question and by student, the hardest questions first. You can open the CSV file in a spreadsheet.
For example, you tell your AI:
"Make 10 KahurQuiz questions for year 7 from this text, each with a short explanation."
Students' data and safety
A student creates no account and gives no e-mail. They type only a name you will recognise them by. A first name or a nickname agreed in class is enough.
- Only you see the report. During a game the class sees names and the scoreboard on the big screen
- In homework a student sees only their own result and, if you choose, the right answers
- You can remove a homework result and delete a game report
- Names and answers stay in your account until you delete the report or the account
- Your quiz is private, nobody plays it without you
- In the lobby you can remove a player or let each player in yourself
- No ads in games or homework
- Privacy policy
Ideas for class
Science and chemistry
Revising a topic before a test. Multiple choice with an explanation by the right answer.
Languages
Vocabulary and spelling. "Type the answer": the student writes the word instead of choosing it.
History
Events in the right order. "Put in order" and a picture in the question.
Maths
Estimate the result. "Number on a scale" shows how close the class got.
Geography
A map as a picture and "Place on a picture": the student points to where it is.
Form time
A poll and a word cloud on what stayed with the class. There is no right answer.
You can play kahur.ee's own quizzes with the class as a group game. Sign in to get the report and to name the game.
Teachers' questions
