What they are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works the same way. Necessary and functional ones are needed for the service you use and do not require consent. Analytics and advertising work only with your consent.

Your choice

Advertising and analytics consent is managed by Google's consent management platform. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

What the words in the consent window mean

Google's consent window uses wording written for all of Europe's advertising companies, and it sounds scarier than the reality. Kahur.ee does not look at the files, pictures, messages, passwords or contacts on your device. Here is what each phrase means.

Store and/or access information on a device. A site or an ad partner puts a small file (a cookie) in your browser and reads it later, for example to recognise that you have already seen an ad. It can only read what that same site or partner stored itself. It gets nothing from your other files or apps.
Personalised advertising and content, measurement, audience research and services development. Ads based on your interests (by an identifier in your browser), and statistics on how many ads were seen and how pages are used.
Precise geolocation data. Some ad partners may use the precise location of your device, but only if you give consent for it. Kahur.ee itself does not ask for your location.
List of partners. Google and other advertising companies that may process data to show ads, with your consent. You see the list in the window and can switch any partner off yourself.
Legitimate interest. Some partners rely on a legal right instead of consent. You have the right to object to it: switch the matching toggle off in the window.

If you decline, you can still use the site as usual. The calculators, quizzes and everything else work without advertising and analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
